Ernest Bleinberger is the founder of Strategy 5 Consulting LLC. During his career, he has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute, International Economic Development Council, International Downtown Association, National Main Street Program, National Historic Trust, the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Planning Association, as well as various other state and local economic development and professional organizations. He received a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland in 1976.
